We can manufacture gears and splines up to 800mm diameter both spurs and helicals. Worm and worm shafts, bevel gears as well

We cut the following types of gears

Spur Gears: are designed to transmit motion and power between parallel shafts. They are the most common and cost-effective type of gear.

Helical Gears: are cut at an angle to the face of the gear up to 45’ at right and left hand. They offer more refinement compared to spur gears as helical gears operate with less noise and vibration.

Bevel Gears: are useful when the direction of a shaft’s rotation needs to be changed. They are usually mounted on shafts that are 90’ apart.

Worm Gears: provide an effective answer for power transmission applications requiring high-ratio speed reduction eg. 20:1 and even up to 300:1 in a limited space in a gear box.
